Job Invitation – Technical Assistance Support

IOV Registered Valuers Foundation (IOVRVF) invites applications for the position of Technical Assistance Support at its Southern Regional Centre, Chennai.

Role Overview:

The selected candidate will extend technical and administrative support, under the guidance of the management, to ensure the smooth coordination and execution of the Regional Centre's activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in technical coordination of valuation programs and CEP events
  • Supporting regulatory compliance and documentation processes
  • Coordinating with members, registered valuers, and other stakeholders
  • Official correspondence, and data records
  • Providing operational and administrative support to the Regional Office
  • Liaising with banks, financial institutions, and other related stakeholders
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate
  • Strong communication, drafting, and liaison skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and documentation handling
  • Prior experience with professional bodies or financial institutions will be an added advantage

Opportunity for aspiring Valuers
Position: Valuation Standards Development Associate
Location: Pitampura, Delhi
Competitive salary (based on expertise).
Contractual (Full Time)

Role Description:
  • Assisting in drafting and reviewing valuation standards documents.
  • Coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of work
  • Conducting research and analysis on valuation methodologies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participating in meetings with industry experts and regulatory bodies.
Selection Criteria:
  • Graduation degree in B Tech, B Arch, finance, accounting, economics, statistics or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in valuation, financial analysis, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team as well.
  • Familiarity with valuation methodologies and standards (e.g., IVSC, ASA) is a plus.

Office Executive - Coordination and Communication
Location: Pitampura, Delhi
Responsibilities:
1. Coordination:
Coordinate meetings, appointments for senior management. Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of activities.
2. Communication:
Draft and issue important communications, memos, and announcements. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
3. Documentation:
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Assist in the preparation of agendas and minutes for meetings.
4. Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the management team as needed. Assist in the coordination of office events, conferences, and workshops.

Requirements:
  • 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 2. Proven experience in office administration, coordination, or similar role.
  • 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • 5. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • 6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
