Dr Goutam Sengupta

Dr. Goutam Sengupta is the Vice Chancellor of Techno India University, West Bengal. He is also adjunct faculty in IIT Kharagpur. Dr Sengupta has an illustrious career in industries and academics. Post his BME in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University and PGDBM from XLRI, Jamshedpur, he did his Ph.D in Management from Bengal Engineering and Science University (now known as IIEST). His experience in reputed industries, national and global, spans over 38 years supplemented with teaching experience of more than 15 years. Currently, six nos. of Research Scholars under School of Management, Techno India University, West Bengal, are pursuing their PhD research work under guidance of Dr. Sengupta

Vinay Goel

Having over 35 years of work experience working as an Architect, Mr. Vinay has come a long way managing his creations and developing a budding Valuation body. Mr. Vinay took over the reins of the prestigious Institution of Valuers from his Father Shri P. C. Goel (founding father of the largest valuers’ institution, IOV) as the Hon. Gen. Secretary almost a decade back. Since then he has swivelled the look and feel of IOV and won various accolades for the organisation. The freshest attempt to regularise the valuation field sees him developing a Registered Valuers Foundation under the IBBI guidelines named IOV RVF^® (a section - 8 company).

CA. Mukesh Kumar Arora

A commerce graduate from Delhi University and a fellow member of the prestigious Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has been engaged in practice of chartered accountancy profession continuously since 1989. He has vast and enriched experience of nearly 30 years of rendering comprehensive professional services to different entities which include inter alia audit under diverse statutes, management consultancy, tax consultancy, secretarial services, and representation on behalf of the clients before the tax authorities in connection with assessments, appeals and other related proceedings both under direct and indirect laws.

Kuljit Singh Popli

Formerly Chairman & Managing Director of IREDA, which is a pioneering developmental financial institution dedicated for financing of renewable energy and energy efficiency projects in India. Mr. Popli has over 37 years of diversified experience in power and renewable energy sectors. In power sector, he has worked in the fields of design, engineering, erection, appraisal and finance of power projects in generation, transmission, distribution, renovation and modernization, energy efficiency. Also similar experience in renewables in appraisal and finance, policy formulation etc., for renewable energy sector.

Sunil Khosla

Mr Sunil Khosla has worked with Govt of Delhi for more than thirty five years on various posts in different departments and dealt with a wide range of subjects such as administrative, vigilance, revenue and legal and his performance has always been of high standards as well as his integrity has always been beyond doubt. While working in public dealing departments he had human touch and tried to get the work done within parameters of relevant rules. Whenever asked he conducted Elections in various local and state bodies efficiently. After voluntary retirement from Delhi Govt as Sub-Divisonal Magistrate he was appointed as Spl Metropolitan Magistrate by Hon'able High Court of Delhi and worked there from Sept 2011 till his retirement in June 2018. Wherever he worked, he performed all his duties efficiently and diligently. He always had compete work satisfaction.

Tanuj Kumar Bhatnagar

Mr. Tanuj has more than 27 years of work experience in the field of engineering, financial consulting and valuation. He has been practicing valuation for banks, corporates, govt. Organisations and many more. His contribution towards the field of valuation is not only work related, he contributes towards academics equally by creating the syllabus of the upcoming courses on valuation. He is also a prominent member in many other authorities and institutions licensed to work with utmost honesty and simplicity.

Nitin Madhusudan Lele

Mr. Nitin Lele is a full time practicing Govt. Registered Valuer with over 34 years experience of civil engineering & property market & Hon. Vice chairman of Pune Branch and National Council Member of Inst. of Valuers, Delhi. The carrier began in Baghdad Iraq on a construction Project after passing Engineering from COEP in 1982. Later he was in the construction field as contractor & Promoter –Builder. He had constructed Residential, Industrial and special structures like ETP, STP and water filtration plant & contractor for a 5*hotel. A fellow member of Institution of Valuers, New Delhi. Fellow of Institution of Engineers & Chartered Engineer. Govt. Registered Valuer since 1994, participated in over 100 Income tax raids & 500 assessments & CBI cases. Registered Valuer under Companies Act 2013. Recipient of National award for the article written on valuation in the year 1999-2000 & also received merit certificate in 2014-15. Represent as the Institutional member in IEC by RBI for revitalizing of a distressed asset.

Dr. Ashvini Kumar

Dr. Ashvini Kumar has worked in the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy for over 26 years till 2012 in various capacities and handled various programmes related to R&D and policy development including National Solar Mission. Subsequently, he moved to Solar Energy Corporation of India Ltd. (SECI), a CPSE, and superannuated from there from the post of the Managing Director in July 2017. Later, he worked at TERI as Senior Director.
Dr. Kumar obtained his Doctorate Degree in Solar Energy from IIT Delhi in 1981. He has co- authored three books published by International reputed publishers, several review articles and over 60 research papers in peer reviewed journals.
