A competent professional with 35+ years’ rich and extensive experience of working in number of Residential, Group Housing, Industrial, commercial, Institutional and religions places projects. He has handled civil engineering services related projects in terms of planning and conceptual design integrated with projects.

Vr. Goel took over the reins of the prestigious Institution of Valuers (IOV) from his Father Shri P. C. Goel (founder of IOV) as the Hony. Gen. Secretary almost a decade back. Since then he has swivelled the look and feel of IOV and won various accolades for the organisation. In the attempt to regularize the valuation field, he formed a Registered Valuers Foundation under the IBBI guidelines named IOV Registered Valuers Foundation (IOV RVF).

Vr. Goel is expert in designing / drafting proposals for Govt. approvals / permissions with innate strengths in mobilising necessary support from various State & Central Govt. Departments / Ministries. Currently, he is engaged with development in the field of Valuation, closely with Ministry of Corporate Affairs since 2012.

Vr. Goel is closely engaged with the Bankers and other concerned Financial Organizations on a principled approach of highlighting the gaps in communications between the Valuers and the bankers.
